Project Description

Our Client embarked on a total restructuring and transformation project aiming at creating a liberalized electricity market. This restructuring brought several functional and operational changes that required the Company to focus on, through informing people about the changes and how they will affect them, building their awareness about the importance of these changes, and ensuring they embrace it and fully commit to it throughout their daily work.

HR Works Scope of Work:

  • Design and delivery of a change management program dedicated for the company change agents to build their awareness about the Change happening, its importance and impact on the individual and the Business. Advise on the competencies required to handle and manage change, communicating with impact, dealing with conflicts and managing day to day activities with higher efficiency.
  • Supporting the company change agents in conveying the appropriate perspective on change and its rationale to all company staff in the Country various regions.
