In order to maintain growth and a customer centric culture in a highly competitive market, our client initiated work on its organizational and human capital Development agenda. HR Works was assigned to develop the organizational and HR enablers of the company.
HR Works Scope of Work:
- Design, develop and implement an organization structure and relevant enablers (Ensure a responsive structure, and clear roles and responsibilities by assessing existing organizational enablers and putting the optimal organization structure in place).
- Build efficient and strategically responsive HR systems along with HR policies and procedures to secure a holistic and standardized framework for Human Capital Management.
- Develop career planning, succession planning, and employee engagement frameworks aiming at attracting, developing and retaining the best talent, while ensuring the Company’s Business Continuity.
