In this regards, HR works was approached to collaborate on sustaining the Institutionalization initiatives of the Bank through an Organizational Transformation Project.
HR Works Scope of Work:
- Conduct an organization structure due diligence and assessment of impact on bottom line performance.
- Develop organization and HR enablers (functional statements, job descriptions, authority matrix).
- Conduct compensation system due diligence and assessment of internal and external equity.
- Conduct a job evaluation and development of grades matrix and salary scale.
- Develop a compensation model and pay structure.
- Develop an organization wide performance management system and enablers.
- Support the migration of staff to the new organization structure.
