Consolidate, optimize and document all business and support policies, procedures, and processes of a major International European Insurance Group in alignment with the Group’s directives and regulations.
HR Works Scope of Work:
- Consolidate existing operational processes.
- Baseline and understand current policies, procedures, and processes.
- Revise and optimize existing policies, procedures, and processes.
- Document all templates and work forms relevant to the developed processes.
- Develop process briefs to facilitate utilization by employees.
- Implement a change communication plan for on-boarding all employees.
